App Brand Identity - Fragrance Discovery App

THE BRIEF

MaisonMuse is a fragrance cataloguing and discovery app — think Fragrantica but less busy, more intuitive. The brand needed to feel personal and elevated; accessible to enthusiasts while sophisticated enough to signal taste.

THE APPROACH

The wordmark uses a custom wavy M monogram that echoes the sinuous, invisible nature of scent — fluid, layered, and memory-evoking. The letterforms repeat like a rhythm or a fragrance pyramid, building to something more than their individual parts. "Maison" grounds it in French luxury vernacular while "Muse" opens it to creativity and personal expression. Set in a warm off-white, the identity feels like a beautifully curated perfumery shelf.
